Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship to addresses within UK Mainland. Please contact us directly hello@busyweek.com if you are based in UK Highlands & Islands. We also do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We take every precaution to ensure that your order is shipped accurately and on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages that occur during shipping.
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or have any other concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your package, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that your package is delivered to you as soon as possible.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to ship any order that we deem to be fraudulent or suspicious. We may also refuse to ship orders to customers who have a history of not paying for their orders or who have provided us with incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Manufacturer's Warranty
Goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty, which may vary from one manufacturer to another. If a product is found to be faulty within 14 days of purchase, we may replace it at our sole discretion.
For returns of unwanted goods, you can request a returns number within 30 days of receipt. Unopened and unmarked goods will receive a full refund of the original value, as well as a refund of the original delivery costs up to the lowest cost standard delivery. Opened goods returned within 14 days are subject to diminished value and a refund of delivery costs up to the lowest cost standard delivery. The cost of returning unwanted goods is your responsibility.
For goods that are faulty within the first 30 days after delivery, you can request a replacement, credit, or full refund. If the goods are tested not faulty, you are responsible for any delivery or collection charges incurred.
For goods that develop a fault after 30 days and within 6 months, you can request a replacement unit of similar age and condition. If the items are tested not faulty, you are responsible for any return delivery charges incurred.
For goods that develop a fault after 6 months and within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer for more information on their warranty and replacement services.
